Rick Declercq is a Certified Engineering Technician from London Ontario.
He served as a project manager and estimator for BlueCon Construction
for 20 years before leaving in 2003 for a position with Artscrushing and Recycling Inc.
Rick has been involved with numerous area construction projects throughout his career.
Some of his more notable projects include:
- Oakridge Mall Demolition
- Site Work and Demolition for the John Labatt Centre
- Dearness Home Demolition
- Site Work for the Cami Assembly Plant
In 2007, Rick purchased Green Valley Recycling. After numerous site
improvements to the
facility,
and refinements of the material handling process and
drop-off procedure,
Rick and the the Green Valley Recycling team have developed Green Valley
into the current full service facility that exists today.

A career truck driver of 31 years, Jim has been involved with the Aarts group
of companies for 12 years. In 1990 Jim expanded his position to include work on
construction and demolition projects with Artscrushing and Recycling. In 2007,
Jim joined Green Valley Recycling as the operations manager where he leads a team
of dedicated employees committed to providing a safe and hassle free recycling
experience at our site.
